07 - Positive Mental Attitude

  1. Learn to adjust your state of mind to other people's attitudes and problems.
  2. Keep your mind positive each day.
  3. Learn to sell yourself by ask leading questions of others.
  4. Have a good hearty laugh. 1 Minute each day of hearty laughter.
  5. Start each day with an expression of gratitude over all the adversity and failures. Look for an equivalent benefit.
  6. Concentrate on the "can do" portions. There is always something you can do right now that can help you.
  7. Learn transmute all unpleasant circumstances into actions that call a positive action. Hobby or major purpose in life - 5 mins.
  8. Recognise that every circumstance, pleasant or unpleasant, can be beneficial.
  9. Look upon life as a continuous education. Grains of wisdom from both the pleasant or unpleasant experiences.
  10. Self improvement that will make you more open minded and generous in your relations to others.
  11. Twice daily, ask for guidance to use your wisdom wisely.
  12. Go out of your way daily on the good qualities with whom you live and work.
  13. Accept all criticism of yourself as a way of self improvement.
  14. Do not accept anything in life anything you do not desire.
  15. 2 circumstances to worry: those you can and can't do things about. Passive resistance.
  16. keep your mind engaged in good things - things you want.
  17. feeling sorry for yourself - help someone else.
  18. rolemodelling - emulate great people.
  19. a pleasing tone of voice - friendly sounding voice
  20. Write out this sentance:"Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, the mind can achieve."

"You are the only person who can provide you with a positive mental attitude."
